     8.   Nancy3 Rogers (John2, Jacob1) was born Abt. 1810 in Ga, and died Aft. 1860 in Possibly Arkansas. She married William R. POLK 21 Dec 1831 in Jackson County, Ga., son of Charles Polk and Betsy Roland. He was born Dec 1810 in Franklin Co., GA, and died 1864 in Illinois.

    We have learned through the census the family moved to Arkansas by 1860.  They are located in Des Arc Township, Jackson Co., pg 695.

     9.  Permalia(Permilla/Pam) ROGERS was born Abt. 1813 in Ga, and died prior to 1850, in Coweta County. .  She married John B. ROWLAND, (ROLLIN)  29 January 1835 in Jackson Co., GA..  We have learned that he moved to Arkansas by 1860. He had sold his land in Coweta County in 1859.  He is listed on the 1860 census living next to William R Polk Family.  His name has been reported as Rowland, however, the John Roger's will stated Rolling and he is listed on the census as Rollin.  The pronunciation of Rollin could have been interpreted as Rowland for prior census and other means of documentation.

    74 v. James ROLLIN, born Abt. 1844.   Listed on the 1860 census with father in Arkansas.   Thomas Rollin - There is a Thomas listed on the 1860 census age 11.  That would place his birth around 1849.  It is unknown if this is Permalia's son or Malinda's son.
